We offer a huge range of very comprehensive training programmes to help you to develop regardless of your level, covering both Technical and Behavioural skills and run via a mixture of internal and external programmes. Internally alone we run over 30 training courses that range from developing your coding skills to mind mapping!

Everyone has regular 1:1's with their manager and a personal development plan that is designed to help you to develop your career to where you want it to be.

We also have a ground breaking development programme for those ready to be promoted to the next level within 12 months. The course uses coaching, leadership seminars with business leaders, feedback, courses on managing teams and the expertise of outside trainers such as Myers Briggs to develop people's leadership behaviours and skills - and help them feel confident (and ready) to take on more responsibility.
