We also have a ground breaking development programme for those ready to be promoted to the next level within 12 months. The course uses coaching, leadership seminars with business leaders, feedback, courses on managing teams and the expertise of outside trainers such as Myers Briggs to develop people's leadership behaviours and skills - and help them feel confident (and ready) to take on more responsibility.
