Obviously, there are lots of projects we'd rather just keep to ourselves for the minute. After all, being committed to staying more than just one step ahead of the competition, we don’t want to give too many of our plans away. But, be assured, if you want to be working in an environment where creativity and innovation is king, this is the place to be.

That said, not everything we’re doing is top secret – though how we’re doing it might be. For example, we’re currently managing an entire re-write of our website, developing new functionality to enhance the user experience and building new systems that will allow us to scale up from thousands of products to millions of products. At Dotcom, we always think big.

Of course, what really makes Dotcom special are the people like you who make it all happen. On this page, you can read about some of those who have done just that and are helping to grow the business and bring about positive change from day to day.
